Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Issdar iOS app and this website. Paid features, when listed, are billed by Apple under the Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA.

What Issdar is

A tool on your iPhone for issuing a simplified tax invoice (فاتورة ضريبية مبسطة) with a Phase 1 QR. You are responsible for your VAT registration, the accuracy of seller data, and any reporting to ZATCA.

What Issdar is not

• Not tax advice and not a promise you will avoid a ZATCA penalty.
• Not a ZATCA-certified electronic invoice service provider.
• Not a cloud ledger, POS cash drawer, or B2B clearance product.

Subscriptions

List prices are SAR 999.99 / year and SAR 99.99 / month. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage them in your Apple ID. Restore purchases through the App Store. This site does not take card numbers.

Issued invoices

Once issued, an invoice cannot be edited in the app. Keep a backup from Settings if you need a file copy on this device.
