Saudi micro-shops were pushed into e-invoicing. Full accounting suites ask for a cloud login and a chart of accounts. Issdar has one verb: issue a simplified tax invoice.

Scan a factory barcode, generate an in-store code, photograph a price tag, or type a line. Unknown codes become SKUs.
Tax
Halalas, not a model
15% standard, zero-rated, or exempt. Inclusive or exclusive. Totals are sums of line tax, never a second 15% on the invoice.
Paper
QR a customer can scan
Arabic legal name, 15-digit VAT, Riyadh time, Hijri date, TLV tags 1–5. Issued invoices cannot be edited.

No Issdar servers. CSID lives in Keychain (This Device Only). Clear data from Settings, or delete the app.

Questions
Is Issdar a ZATCA-certified solution?
No. Issdar is an on-device tool that prints a Phase 1 simplified-invoice QR. It is not an electronic invoice service provider and does not replace the Fatoora portal.
Does it report to Fatoora?
The app can queue simplified invoices for the 24-hour reporting window and talk to Fatoora when you paste a CSID. Cryptographic signing for production is a later release. Do not treat this site as a claim of Phase 2 certification.
Where is my data?
On this iPhone. There is no Issdar cloud account. We do not collect analytics or ads identifiers.
Can I edit an issued invoice?
No. Correction is a credit note later. The paper says so.
