Issdar is an app on your iPhone for simplified tax invoices. We do not operate a cloud account. This page is the hosted copy of the in-app policy. Site: https://issdar.app. support@issdar.app.

What we collect

We do not collect your data on Issdar servers. No analytics, ads, or tracking.

What stays on this device

Seller details, SKUs, invoices, and lines are stored in the app’s files on the device. The CSID is stored in this device’s Keychain and is not synced to iCloud.

Camera

Used on-device to scan barcodes and photograph price tags. Images are not uploaded to us.

Network

When you report, this device talks to ZATCA’s Fatoora platform. We do not proxy the certificate through our servers. When App Store billing is available, Apple processes payment.

Retention and deletion

Data remains until you clear it in the app’s Settings, or delete the app. There is no Issdar account. We have no server copy to erase on request.

This policy may update with the app. The version shown in the app and on this page is the one that applies.
